HOA INFORMATION

  Bannister Park has a Homeowner's Association (HOA).  This requirement comes from our community's   Covenants,  which further stipulates that all home owners are automatically members of the HOA and governed by the rules set forth in the Covenants. The HOA has a board  that is comprised of volunteers in our community who are elected by  members of the community. It is the Board's job to perform the business duties required by the Covenants.
