School regulations

* The annual tuition should be paid in full at registration time. If you decide to discontinue your study in the school, there will be no refund.

* Please drop off (at 1:55 p.m.) and pick up (at 4：15 p.m.) your child from the school promptly.

* When weekly progress reports are brought home, they are to be signed and returned to the teacher the following Sunday.

* If your child must have an absence, they must be excused by their teacher ahead of time. Also, remember to get the home work assignments for your child. It is important to note the teacher’s contact phone for this reason.

Break Time policies

* During break time, if having snack, a student must choose a seat and stay in that seat until they have finished eating. He or she must clean up after he or she finishes the snack.

* No climbing, running, shouting, or damage to surrounding office building or plants. Parents on yard duty will be responsible to watch the students' behavior

* At the end of the day, parents are also responsible for watching the students depart from the school. This is important because we want to make sure all of our students are safe. Please remember to sign up for these tasks. Thank you very much for your help and cooperation.

Behavioral codes

* Students must finish all homework at home, come to school prepared to learn, and be prepared to turn in the homework at the beginning of class.

* During recess, no running or shouting is allowed in the hallways or classroom.

* Parents will be notified to pick up students that refuse to follow directions.

Class time is 2 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. every Sunday except holidays. Break time is 3:00- p.m.- 3:15 p.m.
