In-VERS |University of Nebraska at Omaha | 2013-2014

The objective of the In-VERS (In-Vivo Endoscope Robot System) is to develop a novel in-vivo robot that can semi-autonomously perform an endoscopy of the digestive tract focusing on the colon and the lower half of the small intestine.

The InVERS project is being performed jointly by faculty and researchers from University of Nebraska at Omaha, University of Nebraska-Lincoln and University of Nebraska-Medical Center. It is currently supported by a Nebraska Research Initiative (NRI) grant from 2013-2015.
