Thank you for taking the time to volunteer for the AZ Warmline! We couldn't do it without you!

Scheduling

Warmline shifts cover an 11 hour period between 9am and 9pm ever day of the month. Each volunteer is expected to assume at least two shifts of their choosing every month. Volunteers are highly encouraged to choose a repeating monthly shift, but this is not a requirement.

Alternatively, you can email the coordinator to schedule this for you. The coordinator will send out the reminder email each month and you can reply to that email directly.

Call Retrieval

Call the voicemail system: (520) 881-4182. Then at the prompt, "Please enter your mailbox number", dial 520-325-6667. At the prompt, "please enter your security code", dial 6667#

Reporting your call

Each call is tracked using a reporting form. You can get a word document from from the Warmline Coordinator or you can fill out the form online and click "submit" at the bottom of the page. This form can be filled out during your call or after the call. Whichever is easiest for you.
