What: Teaching is both a process of instruction, learning and mentorship into new subjects and requires a deliberateness prior to, during and after the process.
Why: It matters how teaching is done because more often than not, people are a product of what and how they are taught.
Now what: My pedagogy as a teacher is evolving as I come into a realization of what impact my instructional approach and teaching methods has on a new generation of students, especially learners of Mathematics.
Why do I do what I do?
At the heart of my teaching is the belief that no student is dull or unable to learn, but given the right motivation, favorable environment and a good teacher, learning becomes an activity that is a lot of fun!
