PhD Position in Distributed Continual Machine Learning

I have an open PhD position at Uppsala University. The project focuses on distributed continual learning. 

While modern ML models excel at specific tasks, they typically struggle to adapt to new tasks or fail to deliver consistently reliable outcomes. This project will contribute to development of continual learning capabilities for ML systems. We will focus on distributed/federated learning scenarios with applications in edge computing as well as large scale ML.
