AWIRules is an small stand alone MS Windows program.
Navigation is by menus and once the Orders of Battle have been typed in the game runs solely by clicking options with the mouse.

AWIRules software automates the free American War of Independence rules by Will McNally. You will need a copy of these rules to understand the software.

There are a small number changes to the original rules in the software that apply later additions and clarifications by the author. These should be obvious as you follow the game sequence in the software.
