Suite of tools based on speech signal processing to determine the rate at which is a person is speaking. Specifically,
- AgentAssess: A web based speaking rate assessment system to assist supervisor to evaluate the agent for speaking at the right speed.
- AgentAssist: A realtime tool to measure the speaking rate in an ongoing conversation
- SpeakRite: A suite of tools that run on an Android phone which are useful to a home agent to practise speaking at the right speed and also monitor his speech in real time as (s)he speaks to the customer.
