I still have Photo Editor that was bundled with Microsoft Office 97, 2000, and 2002. It's a cool application and I wonder why they stopped giving it away! Here's what Microsoft says, and I wish they provided this as a free download.

Google's Picassa is not a bad image editor -- and it is free.
