Strategy Bot

The “Strategy Bot V1.0” is a software with an integrated Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) that supports decision analysis and strategic management in complex environments.

The software was is aimed at any decisional framework involving complex relations and events, being based upon strategic analysis tools and scenario analysis. The user is asked to provide for a strategic web of influence relations where each node represents a certain situation, event or dynamics with strategic significance and is classified by the user with a strategic impact level set on a scale of 1-5.

The links between nodes (also provided by the user) represent influence relations between nodes. So that, if a node can lead to another node, then the first node assumes the position of origin and the second node the position of target.

When the user provides the computer with the structure of the morphic web and respective strategic impact levels of each node, a Bot (software agent) starts to process the morphic web, identifying critical nodes and morphisms.

The Bot’s analysis results are aimed at supporting the user in strategic management by identifying critical relations and events.

The zipped folder with the software is available below. Before running the software the user should read the document "Strategy Bot V1.0.pdf". The executable file StrategyBot.exe runs the software. Application examples will be provided soon in the file list below the current page.
