Practical information

Posters

All authors of accepted papers are invited to bring a poster to the workshop. Authors that only present a poster are required to bring one.

There appears to be limited space for poster boards at the conference, hence smaller posters are recommended, especially A1 format or 'tall and skinny style': 24" wide by 30" tall. Smaller is allowed. Please design your posters in portrait format, NOT landscape. You are expected to print the poster yourself. See the ICML Conference website for any on-site printing options.

Demos

There will be 3 tables available for demo presentations. Because of the number of demo's, we will have to divide the demo's over the different poster sessions. This also allows you to go see the demo's of other authors. You can also bring a poster and hang it behind or next to your table. We expect you to bring your own laptop (and any other gear) for the demonstrations. We are trying to arrange a wired internet connection in addition to the wireless connection.

Spotlight presentations

Accepted papers will be given the opportunity of short poster spotlights. Authors will have to send us the slides for these presentations before the workshop.

The length for the spotlight presentations is still to be determined (depending on the number of accepted submissions). The time limit will be strictly enforced. Please prepare your presentation accordingly and submit only a few slides.
