Practical information

Posters

All authors of accepted papers are required to bring a poster to the workshop. The maximum size of posters is A0. Smaller size (e.g. A1) is allowed.

  • A1 594 x 841 mm, 23.4 x 33.1 inches

Spotlight presentations

Accepted papers will be given the opportunity of short (e.g. < 5 minute; the exact time is still to be defined) poster spotlights. This time limit will be strictly enforced.

All authors are required to send us the slides for these presentations before the workshop.

Please prepare your presentation by taking the time limit into account (i.e. submit only very few slides).
