I am a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Economics at the Lancaster University Management School. I hold a PhD in Economics from the Université libre de Bruxelles (2013). My main research interests are Environmental Economics, Applied Microeconomics and Market Design. I have published on carbon emissions markets, the role of asymmetric information in International Environmental Agreements, firms' location and pollution decisions, pollution-driven residential mobility and the impact of corporate governance practices on firms' environmental performance. My current research focuses on the microstructure of carbon emissions markets, and the relationship between board of directors networks and firms' environmental performance.
