SangWeon Aum, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Licensed Behavior Analyst and Psychologist (at New York State)
SangWeon Aum received his Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from the City University of New York. He has worked in the field of autism treatment since September, 1996. His works in this field includes early intervention, teaching language and other important pivotal skills of child development, developing behavior intervention plan and controlling problem behaviors, teaching basic living skills to adults with spectrum disorder, and staff training. He has conducted research in the areas of effective instructional methods in teaching communication, social, and behavioral skills and he presented his works at national and international conferences. He serves as a chairperson of human rights committee for a local special education program. He is an active member of Association for Behavior Analysis International and New York State Association for Behavior Analysis.
