In Fiscal Year 2013 - ANF had 353 permanent FT employees + 156
temporary employees + 25 fire apprentices - total Forest budget was
$31 million - fire management runs 28 engines and 11 crews - $23 M is
spend for fire mgmt (? out of the $31M ?) - Law Enforcement added 2 K9
teams - ANF collected $1M in fees (approx 3% of budget maybe) - ANF
got $2M in volunteer labor (cleaning trails and campground restrooms
mostly) - there might be additional money for major fires
