Click on the PDF below, print and return with your check to the Defiance County Historical Society.  The mailing address is PO Box 801 Defiance, Ohio 43512.  Want to help the Society out?  Simply enclose a self addressed, stamped envelope for us to return your membership card, otherwise you can pick up your membership card on your next visit to AuGlaize Village.  You don't have to, but people tell us every day they're just too busy.  There are so many simple ways you can help out at your AuGlaize Village!  Saves us a stamp and a volunteer's time addressing an envelope!  A lot of people doing a little is what will keep this Village going for years to come!
