The Rover Car Club of Auckland organises regular outings, "roves" and car show presentations that are open to all members.
This gives members the opportunity to learn more about the Rover marque, socialise with other club members and display their cars.

Committee Meeting - October
When: Wednesday 1st October 2025 at 7pm (note earlier time)
Where: Auckland VVCC clubrooms, 39 Fairfax Ave, Penrose
Details: Monthly meeting to receive Treasurer's report, deal with correspondence and organise future events. All welcome to attend
Car Show & Swapmeet at Ardmore Airport
When: Sunday 12th October from 7am to 12noon
Where: Harvard Lane, Ardmore Airfield
Details: Organised by the Papakura Rod & Custom Club. We have been invited to display our cars and enjoy amazing cars, great food and wonderful company
Rail carting in Dargaville
When: Sunday 19th October at 10:45am. Some of us will go up on the Saturday and stay overnight in Dargaville
Where: Depart from Station Rd, Dargaville and travel by rail cart to Tangowahine and then return to Dargaville. Duration is 2.5 hours
Details: You will need to book your own cart and also accommodation if you want to stay in Dargaville on the Saturday night. See https://www.portdargavillecruises.co.nz/tangowahine-trip This is likely to be your last opportunity to take this trip as it seems likely that the carts will stop running in the near future. There are only 3 carts operating now which is a total of 12 people (4 per cart) so the first 12 people to book will get to ride. Meguiars Coffee & Cars
When: Sunday 9th November 2025 from 9am to 12noon
Where: Auckland Showgrounds, 217 Greenlane West, Epsom
Details: This event is open to all classics, hot rods, exotics, performance cars and anything in between that we typically don't see on our daily commutes and entry is free. Coffee and food will be available on site. See: https://meguiars.co.nz/events
