About Us

We are the Alpha Pi Chapter of Kappa, Kappa, Kappa, Inc., better known as Tri Kappa of Auburn.

Tri Kappa of Auburn is a philanthropic organization that supports individualized projects within the community in the areas of charity, culture, and education.

Our local projects include outreach programs for children and families with special needs, annual scholarship awards to DeKalb High School students, an annual scholastic honor ceremony recognizing outstanding DeKalb High School students, cultural events within the community, an annual Christmas Boutique for children, partnering with the ACD Festival annual Labor Day weekend Classic City Historical Homes Tour, the third weekend in May DeKalb County Pink Out, summer Kids Triathlon, flower sales, and much more!

In addition to supporting local projects, we support many statewide projects. Tri Kappa was one of the first organizations to contribute to The James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children. Since it’s inception in 1922, over $1 million has been given to Riley Hospital through State Tri Kappa projects and local gifts. Tri Kappa also supports the Ronald McDonald House. Each year local chapters and state Tri Kappa give over $1.5 million to its endeavors of charity, culture and education.
