Research

My research is focused on galaxy evolution and formation as revealed by detailed observational studies of galaxies in the nearby and distant universe. The focus of my Ph.D. was an integral field spectroscopic study of luminous infrared galaxies. My work revealed that shocks are common in the ISM of nearby LIRGs. I
