Can I store my RV/boat in my driveway?

Only on a short-term basis (10 days), but not for the whole season.

I want to put up a fence, are there any restrictions?

There are restrictions on height (less than 5 feet), style (no metal) and location (not in front yard). You will need to submit plans to the board and get signature approval.

I think my neighbor's shed or fence is on the property line. Will the board take care of it?

The board does not have any legal right to address such an issue. You will need to speak with Wauconda's Building, Planning and Zoning office.

I noticed a problem with something in the park, who do I contact?

It is best to call the Wauconda Park District (847-526-3610) directly to let them know, especially if something looks unsafe.
