Terms of Service

• I reserve the right to deny a commission as I am independently employed.

• Payment is accepted through Paypal invoicing only and required before any work is started.

• I get to use your commission for re-posting, sales, merchandise, and advertising if needed. Art may be altered, cropped, or censored in order to allow for posting on other sites.

• Do not edit my work without permission. Never remove my signature or watermark, even if permission is given to edit it.

• All original characters used must be owned by you or have permission to use.

• You may re-post your commission to your own account.  If you are going to post it under another name or in a group please ask me prior to posting. You must link back to the original/my page while crediting me.

• When ordering do not send me a lengthy essay. I would like to just work through a few simple sentences. I wont accept anything overly detailed (being picky). Lists are preferable. 

• Your payment is agreement to this TOS.

Additional Fees*

*Commercial Use: Use is under contract with retaining copyright to artwork to me. A percentage markup will be included in the cost for use or royalties implemented via the contract.

*Private Use: Privacy fee is applicable for artwork you commission and do not wish to be posted. Content must not be shared by either parties, if found posted it will be contested or nullified depending on situation. No refund for markup if there is a change of privacy on commissioner behalf. 50% markup

Refunding*

*Full refunds will not be given after your commission sketch(s) are finished. A percentage will be calculated based on work completed and applicable fees.

*Sketch only and PWYW are not refundable; payment is required up front.

Will or Won't Draw List

I will draw almost anything in terms of NSFW, fetishes, and weird things. I have a short list of what I will NOT draw. You can ask me first if you are unsure if I'd take your idea. Viewing my Fur Affinity gallery will give you an idea of what I will do.
