Abhaya Ashraya is managed by trustees, elected once in a two years namely  President, Vice presidents, secretary, Treasurer, Joint Secretary, Ex-offcio chairman and Hon. Ex-officio vice chairman who are elected by the general body for a period of two years, and also by Sanchalak.
