The Education Committee is part of the Computing Division of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Our Mission

Promote and disseminate innovative research in support of the development and implementation of information technologies and computational methods in civil engineering education.

Our Activities

Dissemination of innovative education models and uses of information technologies in education through:

• Workshops, conferences, journal publications, and webinars

• Showcases of stories of successful pedagogical models and student projects

• Promotion of partnerships among educators and industry members

• Collaboration with national and international societies and organizations
