Maintenance guide for your everyday appliances.
Refrigerators:
Refrigerator doors should never be left open.
Clean condensing coil every 6 months.
In the event of a power surge, turn off your refrigerator for 5 min then restart.
Stoves & Ovens:
Do not use your stove or oven as a heater.
Clean stove and oven regularly a dirty stove can cause a fire.
Unplug when cleaning and let dry completely before plugging in.
Regularly check burn out elements and ignitor.
Dryers:
Clean out lint filter after each and every use.
Be sure outside vent hose is clear.
Maintenance your dryer at least once a year-dryers build up lint along the interior
Washers:
Make sure your drain line is NOT clogged.
Do not overload the machine. It will not wash the clothes properly and will take the washer off balance.
Do not open and close the lid while washing as it burns out the contacts.
To clean the tub and filter, run a cycle of hot water and bleach only
