About Me

I have completed my PhD in the Land and Water Resources Engineering from the Department of Sustainable development, environmental science and engineering(SEED), Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden. My research focus was 'Assessment of aquatic plant species for arsenic filtration in the contaminated areas located in North of Sweden '.

I have also completed Masters in Ecology from Stockholm University, Sweden in 2011.

My Research Focus: 

Heavy metal contamination, Phytoremediation, Water filtration, Arsenic, Cadmium and Silicon content in plants, risk assessment

  • November 9, 2017: Scientific article ' Arsenic phytofiltration by Warnstorfia fluitans has accepted in the Journal of Environmental Pollution Link
  • September 3, 2017: My research regarding using aquatic plant species for arsenic phytofilration in mining water, North Sweden has nominated for one of the best research work in 2017 by the Swedish Mining Association (Svemin) Annual Conference, Örebro, Sweden. 

  • July 3-7, 2011: Attend in 'ICOBTE, 2011' ,11th International Conference on biogeochemistry and trace elements , Florence, Italy.
