The software DiPS implements a new method to estimate population structure. The following two zip files contain the software for implementing the method ''DiPS" introduced in our paper: "A Novel Bayesian Semi-Parametric Algorithm For Inferring Population Structure And Adjusting For Case-Control Association Tests" in Biometrics. The codes are written in C.
The compressed file "DiPS_Biometrics.tar.gz" contains the software, source codes, documentation and an example datafile.
The next compressed file "PLINK_to_DiPS.tar.gz" contains a software which can convert the data format of a genotype data file, that is in PLINK (LINKAGE) format, to the data format which is compatible with the software DiPS.

Allelic tests for association with multiple phenotypes: allelic_tests.zip contains the R codes for implementing allele-level test for association with multiple phenotypes introduced in this paper: ''Semi-parametric allelic tests for mapping multiple phenotypes: Binomial regression and Mahalanobis distance'' published in Genetic Epidemiology.
