About Our Club

We are a group of civic minded business owners and individuals. Our ultimate goal is to give back to the community by providing funding for children's based charities. We organize many events throughout the year to facilitate fund raising. Below is a discussion of a few of those events.

Back in 2000 we ran a successful golf tournament at The Legends at Arrowhead golf course.

We began running an annual dinner/fund raiser in 2004.

For about 5 years we held annual Christmas party social, which included the mates. This was held at a member's house.

We organized and ran our "Luau" at the Thunderbird International School of Management

Meeting place history

We started meeting at Bel Air Country Club on Bell Road at 43rd Avenue. Shortly after, the club moved to a buffet on Bell at 59th Ave, then to Ciucina Tagliani in the same plaza, then to another buffet in Arrowhead and now the present location at Fox & Hound Pub and Grille in Peoria.

Just suppose one child became more confident due to improved dental health, or because of a new pair of shoes, or reached first base in a baseball game of handicapped children, or received the TLC of having a stuffed animal when they were hospitalized, or a mother in Africa or some other underprivileged country had a baby survive due to a cleaner birthing environment! That's why we are Kiwanians and will be well into the future. Our purpose is to serve the children of the world. Why not you?
