I Coristi - The Choiristers
In 2012 it took part in the Festival of the village of San Gusmè (SI) on the 24th and 25th of March, and at the International Festival "The London Sangerstevne" from 11th to 13th of May.
In 2013 it took part in the 1st International Choiral Festival "Veneto Canta" on the 18th of March and in the 37th Edition of "Venezia in Coro" on the 19th of March, it sang on TV channel "TelePavia" on the 17th oh June, it took part in the "Festa Europea della Musica e Premio Antonio Cagnoni" on the 21st of June and it organized the 1st Choiral Festival in collaboration with Avis Casorate Primo "Note per il 50mo" on the 30th of November.
In 2014 it took part in the 3rd Roma Music Festival between the 6th and the 9th of March.

In 2018 Participation in Choral Festival in Sardinia between the 23th and the 26th of November and numerous participations in local events.
Every year it organizes benefit concerts in churches, hospitals, nursing homes and meeting places of the district of Casorate Primo during the Holidays.
Since 2010 it has become member of the U.S.C.I. - Union of Italian Choral Society.
On January 18th 2011, in occasion of the the 150th anniversary of the Italian unification, the choir received a recognition from the city council of Casorate Primo as "Folklorist amateur group of relevant municipal interest".
On November 23rd 2011 achieved a recognition from the Ministry of
Cultural Herritage as " Popular Amatorial Musical Group of National
Interest".
The Group also organizes and participates in numerous concert events for charity and cultural purposes.
Our choir was born in Casorate Primo, a small town near Pavia, in the north of Italy, in 1995. The conductor was, and still is, Professor Lidia Vignoni. It was initially created by a group of friends moved by passion for music and singing.
Presently the choir is composed of 35 amateur members of different ages ranging from 16 to 70 years old. It is a mixed choir with two, three and four part singing.
In the course of time, the choir has been singing many profane and sacred songs, gospels and spirituals, Beatles and “Sister Act” movie songs, from traditional and folk music to musicals, a cappella or accompanied by a piano.
Armonia Choir has given many concerts for charity and represented on stage the musical ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’.
In 2007, for the first time, the choir attended the “International Rimini Choir Contest”.
In 2008 it took part in the International Festival called "Europe and its songs" which was held in Barcelona from the 24th to the 28th of September, gaining good appraisals from the Jury.
In 2010 it joined the International Cork Choral festival in Cork, Ireland from the 28th of April to the 3rd of May and also the International Festival "Cantus Angeli" which took place in Salerno - Italy - from the 20th to the 24th of October.
In 2011 took part in the "Luigi Toja" National Competition which was
held in Rho (Milan).

La nostra Storia
Il nostro coro è nato nel 1995 ed è composto da circa trentacinque elementi. E’ un coro misto a 2, 3 e 4 voci.
Il repertorio cantato nel corso degli anni ha spaziato da brani polifonici sacri e profani, alla musica popolare, a gospel e spiritual, fino a musiche dei Beatles eseguite a cappella e a brani tratti dai film di Sister Act eseguiti con l’accompagnamento del pianoforte.
Ha tenuto vari concerti e ha partecipato alla rappresentazione del Musical Jesus Christ Superstar.
Nel 2007 ha partecipato al Concorso Internazionale “Città di Rimini”.
Nel 2008 ha partecipato con successo al X Festival Internazionale di Barcellona- Spagna "L'Europa e i suoi canti" dal 24 al 28 settembre 2008, ottenendo valutazioni positive dalla Commissione giudicatrice.
Nel 2010 ha partecipato al
Cork Choral Festival in Irlanda dal 28 aprile al 3 maggio e al
Festival internazionale "Cantus Angeli" a Salerno dal 20 al 24 ottobre.
Nel 2011 ha partecipato al Concorso Nazionale "Luigi Toja" di Rho (MI)

Organizza ogni anno concerti a carattere benefico in chiese, ospedali, case di riposo e luoghi di ritrovo della comunità del circondario di Casorate Primo in occasione delle festività.
Dal 2010 è iscritto all'U.S.C.I. - Unione Società Corali Italiane

Lidia Vignoni
Nata a Carpenedolo (BS) nel 1959, ha compiuto gli studi musicali sotto la guida dei Maestri Benito Corradini e Luciano Bertolini, conseguendo il diploma di pianoforte nel 1983 al Conservatorio “Gaetano Donizetti” di Bergamo.
Ha frequentato il corso di perfezionamento di pianoforte con la prof.ssa Lucia Romanini e altri corsi di specializzazione per l’insegnamento e per la direzione di coro.
Si è più volte esibita come solista, in duo col violino e in duo pianistico.
E’ stata direttrice della Scuola di Musica “Angelo Fassina” di Casorate Primo per oltre 20 anni e insegnante di pianoforte dall’età di 16 anni.
E’ docente di Educazione Musicale dal 1983, direttrice del Coro Armonia dal 1995, del Piccolo Coro dell’Arcobaleno di Motta Visconti dal 2002 e del Coro AVIS di Casorate Primo dal 2003 con il quale ha anche partecipato, nel dicembre 2008, alla manifestazione dell'Avis pavese al teatro Fraschini di Pavia.
Come direttrice del coro della scuola media ha partecipato a diversi concorsi, aggiudicandosi nel 2002 il primo premio al Concorso Nazionale “Città di Castiglione delle Stiviere”.
Nel 2007 ha vinto il primo premio al Concorso Nazionale “Città di Omegna” (VB) con attribuzione di un Premio Speciale della giuria.
Nel 2008 con l’orchestra di ragazzi gli è stato attribuito il primo premio con la musica d’insieme nel Concorso di Vescovato (CR).
Nel 2010 ha vinto il primo premio categoria "Voci" al Concorso Nazionale “Città di Omegna” (VB)
Nel 2011 ha vinto il primo premio al Concorso Nazionale "Settimana della Musica" di Rho (MI).
Nel 2012 ha vinto una borsa di studio al Concorso Nazionale "Città di Omegna" (VB).
Come direttrice del Coro Armonia ha tenuto vari concerti e il musical Jesus Christ Superstar.
Nel 2007 ha partecipato al Concorso Internazionale di Rimini.

Our Director
Lidia Vignoni
Lidia Vignoni was born in 1959 in Carpenedolo (BS), completed her studies under the guidance of professor Benito Corradini and Luciano Bertolini achieved her diploma in piano in 1983 at the "Gaetano Donizzetti's" conservatory in Bergamo .
She attended a specialization course for piano playing with professor Lucia Romanini and followed other specialization courses for teaching and directing a choir .She often performed as soloist; in duet with violin and piano.
As director of the "Angelo Fassina" music school in Casorate Primo for over 20 years, became a piano teacher since the age of 16.
Music teacher since 1983; Armonia Choir director since 1995, also the conductor of the "Piccolo Coro dell'Arcobaleno" in Motta Visconti since 2002 and director of "Coro Avis" (Avis: Italian association of blood donors) in Casorate Primo since 2003 with whom they attended the "Avis " event at the Fraschini's theater in Pavia in December 2008.
As Choir director within the junior high school Mrs Vignoni took part in several competitions and in 2002 won the first prize during the "Castiglione Delle Stiviere" national competition.
In 2007 she won the first prize at the national competition "Citta di Omegna" and was assigned a special recognition by the jury.
In 2008 she achieved the first prize with the kids orchestra in the National Competition for "ensemble music" which was held in Vescovato (Cr).
In 2010 she won the first prize for "voice category" in the national "Città Di Omegna" (VB) competition.
In 2011 she took part in the National Competition called "Week of Music" in Rho (Milan), and she won the first prize.
In 2012 she won a scholarship to study at the National Competition "City of Omegna" (VB)
She held several performances as director of "Coro Armonia" together with the musical Jesus Christ Superstar.
She attended the international competition in Rimini in 2007.
She joined the international festival "Europe and his songs" located in Barcelona in 2008.
