Economics of Transparency and Accountability (ETA) Chair

  • The objective of this Chair is to enable the Economics of Transparency and Accountability (or the Economics of Corruption broadly speaking) to take on the central position that it deserves in Public and Development Economics.

  • The Chair develops teaching programs to improve knowledge about governance and corruption risks for students who aim at working in key positions in major firms and banks, international organizations, academic institutions and NGOs.

  • The Chair will encourage theoretical and empirical research on governance and corruption, including research responding to questions raised by the Chair’s partners and to current issues of concern to international organizations in their fight against corruption.
