THE INDOOR SCHOOL IS COVERED 24/7 BY CCTV AND VIDEO FOOTAGE CAMERAS.
Membership covers 2 horses only per member. These horses must be named on joining and can only be swaped monthly with prior permission.
Members must be courteous to each other and staff at all times.
Sharing the indoor facility is required and private bookings are no longer allowed through the membership. If a private hire is required this can be done through the main Ardmedden website www.ardmedden.com
Only one stable can be used at a time by members. You need to sanitise before and after use.
Notices posted around the indoor must be obeyed.
All jumps can be used but what are taken out must be put past neatly and carefully. All breakages must be reported. Abuse and bad treatment of jumps will have to be paid for. This includes putting jumps at risk ie using expensive fillers when a horse isn't established over a cross pole and using water trays instead of a provided tarpaulin. In the indoor poles must be put past on the side area specific for this that has wooden shelves to hold them. Please don't just put anywhere as they then fall down the back of the kick boards.
The club has a small amount of jumps out for usage. Should members require more equipment for training days then please contact Maureen or Louise.
Any member breaking any of the rules endangers being subject to a fine of £100. This will not be enforced but it will be up to the individual member to either pay or leave. Ardies is meant as a fun destination for all. Unfortunately over the years we have seen a small number of members show arrogance that takes over usage of the school. If you feel you have experienced this or feel uneasy in any other way please get in contact with Maureen or Louise immediately so we can find a resolve. Bullying by individuals that feel their knowledge is superior will not be tolerated. Ardies is for all to enjoy. If you feel you are an "elite" rider you should look to help your fellow member not just carry on regardless knowing they are nervous and unsure being around you. This can be very daunting for some. It is up to you to make others at ease.
