Eighty years after assuring German victory in World War II, the troubled Overman leads Leatherwing, Brünhilde, Blitzen and Underwaterman - as the New Reichsmen - in their war against Uncle Sam and the terrorist Freedom Fighters - the Ray, Black Condor, the Human Bomb, Phantom Lady, Doll Man and Doll Woman.
