Background:

Starheart is an Ysilonian, an alien race descended from a feline species. All of the powers she has are also held by other members of her species. Coming from a species that is militarily organized has caused her some problems in integrating with humanity which she has some help dealing with from Crow. If it wasn't for the miniaturized holoprojection system used by Campbell Institute for nonhuman looking students then it would be even easier to notice Starheart when she drags Crow out to enjoy a day at the target range or by the beach. Sky blue skin is really only useful when in the sky as camouflage on earth.
