Welcome!
I am an Associate Professor of Economics at IIES, Stockholm University, and a Research Affiliate of CEPR and the CESifo.
My research spans labor and public economics, political economy, and economic history, with a focus on immigration, unemployment, inequality, intergenerational mobility, elite circulation, and long-run economic development.
I currently teach Microeconomics I in the first year of our Ph.D program, and a few second-year courses in Labor Economics, Public Economics, Economic History, and a Design-Based Research course.
I serve on the Board of Editors of the Review of Economic Studies and will join as a co-editor of the Journal of Public Economics.
