Caution: Much of the info below is now out of date!

I shall try and include any known regular Quran related classes in Leicester in this section.  Please do let me have information about any other ones that you know.  If you find that any of these classes have been discontinued then please do inform me so that I can update this section - may Allah, Subhanah, reward you good for your sincere efforts. Ameen.

Please note that some of the information in the 8-point list below may be out of date, so please check before setting off.

1. Many masaajid (mosques) and academies in Leicester do hold regular Quran study classes, such as the IDA, Jame'ah Masjid etc.

2. Free classes for new Muslims every Saturday, 6pm to 8pm, Venue: Masjid Quba, Leicester.  For the benefit of others, please send me any further information that you have regarding course-contents etc. Thanks and Jazakum-Allah-u-Khairan.

5. "The Circle of Bliss" at Darul-Arqam (1a Atkinson street, Leicester) every Thursday 7pm.

7. Free Quran-Arabic classes (simple grammar and vocabulary) every Sunday at the Islamic Foundation, Markfield - for further details, contact the Islamic Foundation . Please see the homepage for the latest update on the venue.

8. Free Quran Dars (Lesson) every Wednesday (late afternoon, please call the number below for exact time and other details) in the Islamic Foundation (Markfield) Prayer Hall. Refreshments (a meal !) are served. MIHE postgraduate students and the staff have organised this event. For exact time and further info, contact 0773 098 4854
