Arrival - Departure - Parking

The apartments are available from 2 pm and check out is till 10 am.
If you arriving by car, there is one parking space per apartment available in front of the house.


Ski and boot depot

You can store your skis and boots in the heated cellar directly in the house.


Cancellation policy:

Cancellations are unpleasant for everyone, so we try to be generous. However, if it is not possible to rent the room we charge cancellation fees. The same applies to early departure, late arrival and non-arrival.

  • Until 14 days prior arrival - no cancellation fee.

  • 14 days until 0 days prior arrival - 90% of the total amount.

  • Early departure or no show will be charged with 90%.

  • In general we ask you to arrive healthy.


Travel insurance

Due to the general conditions in Austria we recommend the conclusion of a cancellation insurance.
