Recent projects:

"Enabling Energy-Efficient Driving Route Detection Using a Built-in Smartphone Barometer Sensor", Implement, and evaluate a mobile system that effectively captures significant journeys based solely on the embedded barometer sensor of a smartphone. Stand alone mobile system based on a embedded barometer sensor of a smartphone that detects significant journey.

  1. Low power
  2. Position Independence
  3. Simpler calibration
  • "3d based Wi-Fi fingerprinting using small scale UAVs for indoor localization". To facilitate the RSSI survey and improve the localization accuracy, a Nano-scale aerial vehicle system is presented to enable automated 3d Wi-Fi fingerprinting in an indoor environment. “To build an automated Wi-Fi fingerprinting system which not only reduces time and effort but also has the potential to increase the accuracy of the Wi-Fi based indoor localization by collecting 3D fingerprint information based on Nano-scale unmanned aerial vehicle”

    • "Detection of diseases in earlier stages of paddy using wireless sensor networking”. An agricultural developable idea using wireless sensor network, the reported monitoring system for paddy (rice) is a successful combination of wireless sensor network technology and the mobile communication technique in Agriculture. This system processes the following merits: it is low cost scalable and reliable with good processing capability. It increases the production of rice such that an ordinary person can purchase at lower cost. Multiple interface designs allow the system to access multiple sensors. All the countrymen and women who are interested in cultivating paddy will have their work in agriculture such that countries annual income increases and unemployment is gradually decreased.
