This is the best computer repair in Rochester. I asked if she thought my older laptop was worth fixing and she gave me honest answers based on what the cost would be and its condition. I ended up having her replace my damaged hard drive with a new solid state drive and I am very pleased. It’s so much faster. My cost was much less than what a new laptop would have cost.

I am writing this review to thank you for taking so much time with me and getting my issue with my old computer resolved. Not many businesses will take the time to listen and explain to me all my options. I feel I should pay more for all the free advice I got. So glad I decided to have you replace my hard drive, my laptop has new life!

She did a great job on my laptop. I picked up a virus off a game site and could not open any webpages afterwards. She had my laptop for just one day and I got it back all cleaned up and it runs great.

I just purchased a new laptop and could not figure out how to get all my files from my old pc to the new one in the right places. PC Maid got it all squared away for me. All my pictures and documents are all in the right places and she got my Word installed for me too, very helpful.

Computers are not my strong point. I had some windows updates happen and afterwards my laptop would not even start correctly. I called around and PC Maid was the nicest on the phone, I dropped it off the same day. She fixed my messed up windows and tuned it all up. Great business

She just talked to me on the phone for 30 minutes as I’m in the market for computer repair services. My current desktop computer kept shutting down and she told me to check the power source as it was currently drawing power for a power-stripe. Once, I changed the power source, my desktop starting working well! She also gave me advice on how to buy new computers since mine is more than 10+ old. All of this advice was for free! I’ve called several computer repair services and no of them were as helpful as she was. I will definitely be using her services for my laptop and more! She saved me tons of money from having to repair my desktop when it was solely a power source issue that she diagnosed and helped me fix over the phone! That’s phenomenal customer service.

She does great work and treats you like a human being. No regrets. Office stopped letting me save or edit anything. It turned out it had inactivated itself somehow. I got on the phone with Microsoft and they wanted to erase my whole laptop. I called the PC Maid and she fixed it without losing anything. What a relief. Prices for her services are more than fair.

Elinor from PC Maid is great!! She is extremely reasonable in price and has fast turn around...I never have to wait more than a day to get my laptop back unless she has to order parts. Today I was trying to hook up my new wireless router and could not get it. I called Elinor and she did everything she could to help me out over the phone. :-) I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of computer repair/help!!

If you need your laptop serviced, call PC maid. She replaced my old Mac hard drive and it is running better than it ever has. She's my go-to resource & I refer customers to her all the time. Very trustworthy and fast.
