Spring brings one of the region’s most celebrated natural experiences as thousands of migrating birds return to the forests and wetlands of Rondeau. Birders, photographers, cyclists, and nature lovers gather from across the province to witness the colourful arrival of warblers, waterfowl, and songbirds along the Lake Erie shoreline.

As the season warms into summer, guests can enjoy beach days, paddleboarding, fishing, scenic drives, local breweries, farmers’ markets, and charming nearby communities including Erieau,  Blenheim and Ridgetown. Evenings at Antrim Cottage are best spent around a fire, under star-filled skies untouched by city lights, with the calming sounds of the lake nearby.
