I am a macroeconomist with an interest in forward guidance policies, fiscal multipliers,  inequality and the natural rate of interest. I am a principal economist at the European Central Bank in the Fiscal Policies Division. I have previously worked at the National Bank of Belgium, the Central Bank of Ireland, the Macroeconomic Policy Institute (IMK) in Düsseldorf, Germany, and at the International Economics division of the Deutsche Bundesbank.
