DEALINGS IN LISTED SECURITIES (CHAPTER 14 OF LISTING REQUIREMENTS) : INTENTION TO DEAL DURING CLOSED PERIOD

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), this is to notify the Exchange that Noor Azri Bin Noor Azerai, the Executive Director of the Company ("the Affected Person") intends to deal in the Company's securities during closed period.

In accordance with Paragraph 14.08(d) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Affected Person will inform the Company Secretary of the Company on the details of his dealing within one (1) full market day after the dealing has occurred.

The current direct shareholdings of the Affected Person is as follows:-

(1) The percentage of holding is based on the total number of issued shares as at todate of 381,891,740.
