Pack 101 is run entirely by parent volunteers.
Volunteering is a great opportunity to improve the quality of the Pack 101 Program and to demonstrate good leadership skills to your son.
Please contact one of the Pack leaders if you are interested in getting more involved.

FAQ:
Do I need any experience as a Cub Scout Leader to volunteer as a leader?
You don't need experience to start. You have experience as a parent. Training is available. There are extensive resources and literature from the Boy Scouts to orient you guide you.
Starting something new is always a challenge. But it is lots of rewarding fun with Cub Scouts.
What if I am too busy?
Life is busy for all of us. All the leaders above are volunteers and have busy jobs. The Pack Leadership works as a team and together we make the program work. Some positions require a little time each month (advancements chair). Others require a significant time commitment for only 1 month (Public Relations or Pinewood Derby Czar). Den Leader Positions can be shared. Sharing the load is the best way to accomplish a great program for your Cub Scout.
