Anna Lo Prete
I am Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Torino and Associate Researcher at G53 Financial Literacy and Personal Finance Network and at Manheim Institute for Financial Education (MIFE). I obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Torino and next I was a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute.
Since joining the Faculty of the Department of Economics and Statistics at the University of Torino in 2016, I pursued research in the areas of economics, political economy and public economics. My research focuses on public as well as on personal finance, economic and financial education, voting behavior and broader forms of civic engagement, including participation in democratic processes and institutions.
The publications on this website include academic articles in refereed journals, contributions to volumes, information platforms, national newspapers, books and textbooks.
