Job Market Paper: "Double Machine Learning for Static Panel Data with Instrumental Variables: New Method and Applications" [draft]
I am a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER), University of Essex. I develop methods for policy evaluation, with a primary focus on causal machine learning methods for panel data, and for the detection of anomalous observations, and apply these to topics in microeconomics.
