I am a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER), University of Essex. I develop methods for policy evaluation, with a primary focus on causal machine learning methods for panel data, and for the detection of anomalous observations, and apply them to topics in labour, gender and migration economics.
I am on the 2026–2027 economics job market.
