Welcome to my personal website!
I am Professor for Applied Microeconomics at the University of Potsdam, Head of the Crime, Labor and Inequality Department at DIW Berlin and a faculty member of the Berlin School of Economics.
I received my PhD in Economics from University College London in 2015. Prior to joining the DIW Berlin and the University of Potsdam, I was Postdoc and Assistant Professor at the University of Gothenburg (2015-2020) and Associate Professor (W2) in Economics at the University of Cologne and member of the ECONtribute: Markets & Public Policy Cluster of Excellence (2020-2024).
My main fields of interest lie in Applied Microeconomics, with particular interests in the Economics of Crime, Labour Economics and Inequality.
