Welcome to my personal website! 

I am an Associate Professor (W2, tenure-track) in Economics at the University of Cologne and member of the ECONtribute: Markets & Public Policy Cluster of Excellence.  I am a part-time researcher at the Department of Economics/University of Gothenburg, a research affiliate at the CAGE Research Centre/University of Warwick and the CEPR/Labour Economics Programme and a fellow of the GLO.

Prior to joining the University of Cologne, I was an Assistant Professor at the University of Gothenburg. I obtained my PhD in Economics from University College London.

My fields of interest are in Applied Microeconomics, mainly Economics of Crime, Law and Economics, and Labour Economics. You can find drafts of my research papers here and more information about me in my CV.
