Penthouse apartments

On the top floor there are 2 apartments, each spanning more than 40 m2. Every apartment has it's own sea-view balcony, bedroom facing the beach with a double bed, WC/bathroom, and kitchen/dining room.

The capacity of these apartments is 2 adults and 1 child. Even though the actual size and layout of these apartments is identical as the 1st floor apartments, their capacity is diminished by the fact that the roof descends on either side of the apartment. However, the view from the top floor is spectacular! 

An outdoor staircase ensures that all the apartments are independently accessible.

These apartments are all fitted with A/C*, and WiFi internet is available at no additional cost.

* The A/C units operate on cards that are handed to you upon arrival. 12 hrs of A/C per day is included in the price. It is estimated that even 8 hrs of A/C per day should be enough with rational use, however if you should for any reason need additional A/C hours, you can purchase the amount you wish from the owner at 1€ per hour.
