Angel has accounting experience in both public and private industries. Originally from Hong Kong, Angel moved to Hawaii to pursue her accounting degree at University of Hawaii at Manoa. Later, Angel continued her MBA degree in Chaminade University of Honolulu. She received her CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license from the Washington State Board of Accountancy in 1994. Angel speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Taiwanese.
