My formal and actual work concern the following area eco-design, environmental analysis, sensitivity analysis and building modelling. Details on my work on these areas are presented on each page linked below.
I worked on eco-design during my PhD thesis. I developed an eco-design approach which use the most developed environmental evaluation methodology the Life Cycle Assessment. This method permits to identify the technological key levers in the life cycle or in a phase in the life cycle of the product.
The eco design approach that I developed uses the sensitivity analysis. Before the choice of the sensitivity analysis method, I made a deep survey of the existing method in order to choose the method which respond to the goal of the study. The choice of the method used was made according to the advantages and the backwards of these different methods. A synthetic review of the different existing sensitivity analysis method is presented in my thesis documents.
In the buidling analysis area, I developed with collegue a program in matlab which can estimate the energy consumption and the comfort condition. The program can actually study monozonal building with multilayer wall. During this post PhD work I developed also some function to characterize the moisture evolution of the building material properties.
