Terms of Agreement

1. When you buy any Andrew Cheung or OSBooter music/media, it is for personal entertainment use.

• • You may NOT sell it as your own or misidentify who made the track or what the track name is.

  • You may NOT Monetize any media with the audio/video in full or in part.

  • Do NOT stream the song as background music for livestreams or use in DJ sets (public performance) unless it is tracked as for performance rights.

  • The only exceptions are for critique/journalism as examples (gist), however would exclude using the whole song straight or chopped up having nearly the full track (main section).

  • There are licenses for commercial uses, such as video games/movies/videos.

  • Alternatively you must get expressed written/typed permission.
