Welcome to my webpage!

I am an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Barcelona, where I am affiliated with the Barcelona Institute of Economics (IEB) and the Institutions and Political Economy Research Group (IPErG).  I am also an IZA Research Affiliate.

My research interests are in public economics, political economy and comparative politics, and economics of education and social mobility.

I obtained my PhD in Economics at the European University Institute in 2016, and afterwards, I was a postdoctoral fellow at CORE (UCLouvain) and IPEG. In 2022, I was a Visiting Research Scholar at Princeton University's Bobst Center and Politics Department.
